How We Got Started

My path originally began to help family and friends who owned small business' get access to accurate and affordable accounting and bookkeeping services. During this time I had a full-time career in accounting and consulting, but made the transition in 2021 to providing these services through my own company fulltime.

While working with a couple of different companies based on opposite sides of the US, one in California and one in New York, it was evident to me that both of these companies each had the same flaw; the companies were prioritizing profit margins over the needs of the clients, and to me, this need to be corrected. At Tame the Grey Management Services we treat client as people and not numbers. We have the important conversations and discuss the individual needs based on each person/business.
